How to: Use a Lock Box and Key Fob
How to Use a Lock Box
1. Unlock the Box - Enter your code to unlock the box. Your site's individual lock box code was provided at training.
2. Retrieve Keys and Fob- Once the lock box is open, grab your key from inside the box, or put the key you want to store in there.
3. Close it Securely- Shut the lockbox tightly, making sure it clicks closed. After the lockbox is closed, scramble the code for extra safety.
How to Use a Key Fob
1. Unlock a Pool Gate or Amenity Door - Place key fob on the access reader and hold it there until a beep or click is heard.
2. Open Pool Gate or Amenity Door - Once a beep or click is heard, open the door or gate.

How to Distribute Pool Shock
*Shock everyday after pool closing*
1. Apply Shock: Add one scoop of shock directly to pool water while pump is running. For best results distribute shock evenly throughout the water.
2. Close Container: Securely close shock bucket every time after use.

How to fill pool at Crosswicks:
1. Locate the pool valve Turn to the left to open. (see video).
**Do not over fill pool. Water level should be at middle of depth marker number.**
3. Stop filling: Close valve by turning to the right when finished.

*Clean Filter Daily*
1. Close blue valves to OFF position (see video).
2. Remove screw top filter.
3. Empty water and remove any gunk or debris from screw top filter.
4. Screw filter back onto Chemical Controller.
5. Turn blue valves to ON position.

1. Locate pressure gauge on top of the pool filter.
2. If the gauge reads zero, the filter is off. Contact supervisor for service request or troubleshooting.

1. Locate lock box near Dog Spa.
2. Use fob to open pool gate.
How to: Fill Bordentown/Crosswicks Pool
How to fill pool at Crosswicks:
1. Make sure top valve is set to ON position.
2. To fill the Spa: Locate the spa valve (see video). Turn the valve to the left to open.
To fill the Pool: Locate the pool valve (see video). Turn the valve to the left to open.
**Do not over fill pool or spa. Water level should be at middle of depth marker number. **
3. Stop filling: Close valve by turning to the right when finished.

How to Add Tablets to a Chlorinator
1. Locate flow valve on Chlorinator and turn knob to OFF position.
2. Unscrew Chlorinator lid.
3. Add tablets directly to Chlorinator.
For Pool: Fill Chlorinator with chlorine tablets, about 10 or more.
For Hot Tub: Do not add more than 2 tablets.
4. Tightly screw lid back on Chlorinator.
